Her insight allows her to understand and highlight what makes each neighborhood truly special, and she is exceptionally in tune with the unique character and ongoing developments in each of these growing communities.
Deeply committed to community, Stephanie values the camaraderie of local neighborhoods and actively supports small businesses. Along with her husband, she has operated a small business in the Triad for nearly 20 years, dedicated to helping local businesses become more sustainable and thrive.
Her passion for real estate stems from a love of interior design and home decorating. Holding a Bachelor of Applied Science in Court Reporting and Legal Studies and backed by 17 years of experience as a court reporter, she brings in-depth knowledge of contracts, law, and a diverse range of industries to her real estate expertise.
When not assisting clients in finding their perfect home, Stephanie enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, and cheering on her favorite sports teams - including the East Carolina University Pirates, the University of Kansas Jayhawks, and the Kansas City Chiefs. She and her family reside in Northern Greensboro, where she remains dedicated to helping clients discover their next home in this wonderful community.
