Meet Kathy, a lifelong resident of the Triad area, who has deep roots and a strong connection to her community, having grown up there alongside her nine younger siblings. She began her real estate career in 1999 and has since gained a wealth of experience in areas like existing home sales, luxury properties, first-time buyers, downsizing, corporate relocation, new construction, and investment properties.
Kathy holds several prestigious real estate designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), among others. This extensive knowledge ensures her clients receive expert advice and guidance through every step of the process.
A graduate of Leadership Greensboro, Kathy is also committed to giving back, having delivered Mobile Meals for 24 years and regularly volunteering within her community. She is a proud mother to Samantha, grandmother to Kira and Leo, and a loving caretaker to her adopted pets.
In her free time, Kathy enjoys music, cooking, gardening, traveling, dancing, reading, and spending time with friends over a great meal. Passionate about where she lives, Kathy believes the Triad is the best place to live, work, and play—and she's dedicated to helping her clients feel the same way by delivering exceptional service and creating enjoyable real estate experiences.
